Portfolio · Odoo
Odoo implementation, plus the AI layer it doesn't ship with.
Odoo v16/v17 configuration and data modeling, and, where a client's setup needs more than the stock module gives them, a custom AI integration layer built around Odoo's existing data model rather than bolted on beside it.
Modules implemented
Core modules first, in the order most SMBs actually roll them out.
Sales & CRM
Pipeline and quoting configured around how deals actually close, not a generic default.
Accounting
Invoicing, vendor bills, and reconciliation set up to match a client's real approval workflow.
Inventory
Stock, reorder rules, and warehouse logic. The module most SMBs get the fastest ROI from after CRM.
Manufacturing / MRP
Bills of materials, work orders, and demand planning once core scope is stable.
HR
Employee records, time off, and recruitment inside the same system as the rest of operations.
Website / Helpdesk
eCommerce and support-ticket modules, scoped in when a client's setup actually calls for them.
Capability demonstrations
Worked examples of how a real, sourced business problem gets approached. Not completed client engagements, and not presented as ones.
AI-assisted benefits plan intake
Benefits brokerages and self-insured employers routinely re-key the same plan data (coverage tiers, rates, eligibility rules) by hand from carrier PDFs into their core system, then again into a separate enrollment platform. Each hand-off is a place for errors to creep in.
A working, scaled-down prototype of this extraction pattern already exists. Same pattern works for Salesforce records too, the platform isn't the point.
AI-assisted inventory & demand forecasting
Static min/max reorder points in Odoo Inventory/MRP are a common source of stockouts and overstock for small and mid-size manufacturers.
AI-assisted vendor bill processing
Odoo already ships a first-party invoice-automation feature, which is evidence the underlying pain point is common enough to build for generically. The value beyond that is extending it for a specific client's actual vendor mix and approval workflow.
Where this goes beyond Odoo's native AI
Odoo Enterprise ships built-in AI: text generation, lead scoring, OCR, chatbots. But it's Enterprise-only (nothing on Community, which is exactly what most 10–200 person SMBs run to control cost), deliberately narrow in scope inside a single module, and can't reach outside Odoo into Salesforce, email, or a document store. The moment a use case needs a custom document format, a workflow spanning multiple systems, or judgment about what's safe to automate, that's outside what native Odoo AI is built to do. That's the gap this work sits in.
